Who is Spill?

Spill is a company on a mission to make therapy and counselling more accessible, supporting progressive organisations including Bulb, Rightmove and Typeform. Spill is registered with the BACP, the UK's leading counselling body.

Spill is a safe and secure way to speak to a qualified professional about anything that's going on in your life. Because Spill is an independent organisation, the support you receive remains fully anonymous and confidential: no one at Quilter will know who has or hasn't used Spill's services.

About the Spill therapists

All Spill therapists are registered with BACP, UKCP, or another UK Standards Authority governing body. Every Spill Therapist has completed at least three years of academic therapy training and has at least 100 clinical hours under training supervision. Most of our therapists have been practising for decades.

Spill's hiring process is particularly stringent. Therapists go through a five-step application process designed to test for various competencies. Less than 5% of qualified applicants are offered roles at Spill — by contrast, Oxford University admitted 17.5% of applicants with the requisite grades in 2015.

Spill Boundaries

Every successful relationship starts with a clear set of boundaries. Your relationship with Spill is no different. Boundaries make sure you don't expect us to be something we're not. Find out what the boundaries are here.
